Green Leaf Construction of Leominster, MA announced today that the firm has begun construction on the gut renovation of a 3-story, 86,000 sq. ft. facility to house a climate controlled self-storage facility in Worcester, MA. The former warehouse building is located at 40 Pullman Street on Worcester’s north end.

Work will include selective interior demolition, interior and exterior renovations as well as new mechanical systems to offer temperature-controlled storage, a new fire protection system and new electrical distribution. Once complete, 10X Self-Storage will provide hundreds of secure, climate-controlled storage units in the upgraded facility.

“We anticipate a quick turnaround on this project,” explained Green Leaf project manager, Jamie Clarke. “Close coordination between trades and strategic planning should allow work to progress over the balance of the winter, and wrap up for the summer of 2020.”
