Green Leaf Begins Fitchburg Health Center

Green Leaf Construction has been selected to construct the new ACTION Health Center in Fitchburg, Mass for Community Health Connections. The new facility, located on Water Street in the former Market Basket Plaza, will include 7,400 square feet of medical, dental and behavioral health spaces.

“Community Health Connections is a vital organization in our community”, said Green Leaf Project Manager, Chris Ruth. “This project will enable CHC to continue its growth and expand services for under-served populations in Fitchburg and surrounding areas, and we are proud to be a part of it.”
