Lawrence, MA - Green Leaf Construction, having recently completed a multi-phased construction project in New Balance Athletic Shoe’s historic Lawrence Mill Building, announced today that they have begun construction on a new project which will expand office space in the facility. “We strive to build lasting relationships with our customers,” said Green Leaf COO Tom Dube. “There is no better reward as a builder than having a customer invite your firm to work for them again.”
The completed project included the relocation of an employee fitness facility to accommodate new state-of-the-art equipment and subsequent fitup of the vacated space, including architectural and infrastructure upgrades required to house the machinery.
Construction has begun on the fitup of office, meeting, and conference spaces in a previously unfinished portion of the expansive building. “This project includes the installation of new mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler, and electrical systems to support the new space,” said Dube.
